Culinary innovation in Toledo has been linked to few names. One of them is Víctor Sánchez Beato, chef of the remembered Locum restaurant who a little over a year ago created an unusual restaurant model in the city: a bar to cook live in front of customers (recently awarded a sun from the Repsol Guide 2021 -2022).
